CHELSEA have not spoken to Napoli about former boss Maurizio Sarri, according to president Aurelio De Laurentiis.
The Premier League side find themselves in the farcical situation of Antonio Conte waiting to be sacked after a poor Premier League title defence and Sarri their No 1 target to take over at Stamford Bridge next season.

SunSport were told after weeks of wrangling, a deal for the 59-year-old had finally been agreed for him to move to West London and was set to be announced next week.
But the Napoli chief has spoken to the Italian media denying the Premier League side have been in touch.
He told Corriere dello Sport: “Chelsea? I never received any phone calls.
“I want something to be clear, this isn’t a city you can pillage, this isn’t a club you should underestimate.

“Sarri? I haven’t heard from him, he never called me.
“After the match against Crotone, I waited for him, but neither he nor his agent Pellegrini contacted me.
“I acknowledged this and thought back to something my father said, nothing should surprise you in life.”
Alongside Sarri, it has been reported Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola would return to Stamford Bridge as part of the new backroom staff.
